Return & exchange policy
  • If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return UNUSED products to us for a refund or exchange, (less shipping charges) provided you notify us and we receive the item back in our warehouse within 30 days of the original date of delivery.
  • Returns made after 30 days will be eligible for a store credit.
  • Order damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of order.
  • All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery, shipping charges are non refundable.

Return & exchange instructions
  • Contact us first. Please email our Customer Service Department at with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:
    1. Order number
    2. Product name
    3. Reason for return
    4. Note type of return (Refund or Exchange)
  • Wait for us to reply to you with RMA#. We will reply via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
  • Package items for return. Please return items in their original box. Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be clearly visible and on the shipping label. Also, please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Ship the items. Please ship the returns to the address emailed to you with your authorized RMA number
  • Receive refund. Once the package is picked up from your location, it could take UPS one to two weeks to return the item back to our warehouse. We will exchange or issue credit within 14 business days of receiving items with authorized RMA numbers. *Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
  • Lost, delayed or damaged returns or exchanges. OrganicWearUSA will not be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items sent to for return or exchange. We recommend you sent all items with Insurance and delivery Confirmation. It is the sender's responsibility to determine which carrier offer insurance and package tracking.

Gift returns
All gift returns must meet our return policy requirements.
  • Products marked GIFT when purchased. You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped or it can be e-mailed to you if you provide e-mail address with your return. We do not inform gift giver about your return, so you can comfortably make the best practical decision about the gift received.
  • Product not marked GIFT when purchased. We will send a refund to the gift giver. We are really sorry for inconvenience but we take all necessary steps to protect our customers from the credit card fraud.

Errors and omissions
Should we make an error in your order, we will gladly send the correct product with a shipping prepaid box for return of the incorrect item. Please notify us about the error within 5 days of the receipt of the customer's order.
